Challenge
A mid-sized security software company has hit market saturation in their original market and buyers (CIO, CISOs) and was facing revenue headwinds. They had acquired a new offering that is sold to new buyers (CMOs, CTOs, Chief Product Officers). However the sales org had not been successful in driving sales of the new offer.
Solution
A simulation was designed to galvanize the sales team around selling a new product offering and it served as the pinnacle session of their two day SKO.
All content was created by the client and facilitated by 11 of their facilitators to a global audience of ~1,600 sales and pre-sales employees split across 12 rooms. The whole process was completed in 1.5 months.
