Andrew believes that people working at the edge of their abilities in harmony with their team members, customers and cutting edge tools is what drives organizations forward.

He works with sales and marketing teams to deliver experiences that help their customers make the right purchasing decisions. A particular area of focus is helping biotechs commercialize molecules better and collaborate across the healthcare ecosystem to improve patient outcomes and drive down cost.

As a sales leader, he helped 10X revenues from seed to Series B at an HR tech company. Prior to that he spent a decade at a global management consulting firm. Before that he co-founded and was CMO of an online hiring platform.

Neel believes that great organizations are people-first, focused on the future, and fueled by purpose. He is passionate about helping businesses solve problems in ways that bring their people along for the ride and drive true organizational change.

He works with talent development, learning and strategy teams to design powerful experiences, develop future-focused talent management tools and unlock the insights hidden within data. Industry wise, his areas of expertise lie in Oil & Gas, Energy, Metals & Mining, Construction / EPC, and Manufacturing.

Neel served as a sales leader at a Series A HR tech company and helped 8X revenues during his time there. Prior to that, he spent nearly a decade at a global management consulting firm working with Fortune 1000 companies across nearly 25 countries.
